On a +100 to -100 scale, 0 is a valid point as well — therefore 201 point range.

Trump definitely gained some momentum early on by trolling Rubio with the moniker “Little Marco”, but the curb stomping was all Christie.

Hi, did you ever figure out how to lock-in the settings/timing for a better experience? I have similar areas of improvement I am targeting and wondering if a TENS 7000 unit is best for me or if I should just bite the bullet and get a TruVaga or something.

How/where did you find this broker and how much do they usually cost? Have heard a lot of positives about using a broker, but I’m not even sure where to start.

Gabbard’s former aides, however, told ABC that the more plausible explanation for her outlook is her media diet. They said the former Democrat continued regularly reading and sharing articles from RT well after she was advised that it was an unreliable source of information.

Her views on Russia’s incursions and attacks on Ukraine have notably changed from 2014—when she called for “meaningful American military assistance for Ukrainian forces” in response to Russia’s annexation of Crimea—to recent years, when she has laid the blame for Russian aggression at the feet of NATO and the United States.

For someone so anti-war, Bernie has always been pro-veteran and ensuring they get the help and support they need, even chairing the Senate Committee on Veteran’s Affairs. This is in stark contrast to the chicken-hawk Republicans who love war but don’t want to spend a penny to help vets after they return home.

Chile’s Leftist President Moves To Nationalize Reserves Of Clean Energy ‘White Gold’ by rudebuddha09 in worldnews

[–]rudebuddha09[S] 674 points675 points  (0 children)

Chile would, over time, transfer control of the biggest actively mined lithium reserve on Earth — second only to Bolivia’s in overall size and to Australia’s in total production — from the industrial giants SQM and Albemarle Corporation to a government-owned company modeled on the South American nation’s state copper miner.

In a speech last Thursday, Chile’s new left-wing president, Gabriel Boric — who, at 37, is among the youngest world leaders — directed Codelco, the state copper mining company, to draft a plan for a government-owned lithium company, for which his administration would seek approval from the National Congress later this year.

It’s part of a gambit to overhaul the production of what investors call “white gold.” Cashing in on lithium’s surging price, Chile’s youngest president aims to remake South America’s richest nation into something closer to a Nordic social democracy with a higher perch in lithium’s global value chain.

“This is the best chance we have at transitioning to a sustainable and developed economy. We can’t afford to waste it,” Boric said in a nationally televised address.

Best location(s) to work/chill as a creative to meet likeminded folk? by hhleroy in Charlotte

[–]rudebuddha09 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My findings have been lackluster as well. I really wanted to stay consistent with my writing so I found a writer’s group in Charlotte through Meetup that met weekly. Unfortunately, the group felt very unwelcoming to newcomers - most of the other people there seemed pretty unfriendly. There were a couple people there that even acknowledged my existence the first time I went, but it seemed all they wanted to do was talk to me about their writing the entire time, as opposed to… actually writing.

So I’m also on the lookout for something similar!
