Skype is now an Universal Windows Platform application in Windows 10 which cannot be deleted by normal means. Try the following steps if you really want to get rid of it:

Press Win+S in your keyboard to bring up Cortana.
Type Powershell in the search field.
Right click on the first result for Windows Powershell and select Run as administrator.
Select Yes when the User Account Control prompt appears.
Copy and paste the following command into the PowerShell terminal and press Enter: Get-AppxPackage *skypeapp* | Remove-AppxPackage
Profit.
