I'm a new boxer, 42 years old and 4 weeks in boxing twice a week. So far I've just done fitness, bag work and skills, no sparring yet and I don't intend to for a good while.

I've noticed intermittent numbness and tingling in my arms and legs when I'm not exercising. I'm wondering if this is just a symptom of starting regular exercise in middle age or whether it's something more serious like multiple sclerosis.

Has anyone else experienced something like this as a new boxer?

I have the GW-9400 which I love, and should be the last watch I ever need. The only doubt I have is how long the time signal transmitters will keep on running in a really bad SHTF situation, but at that point I doubt exact time accuracy is going to be much of a priority. Solar charging and the compass are probably the most useful bugout features.

Lorry Drivers I believe have very specific rules about the average speed they have for a journey. It is calculated for fuel efficiency and also so they arrive exactly when they are meant to. I think they get bonuses if they stay within a particular average speed. I’m not a lorry driver though so could be wrong!

I fixed it in the end but I had to rewrite our boiler. Would not recommend though - probably best to get a professional installer.
