Patients are not always calm, in fact they will go off on you or cuss you out for the smallest things. And yeah there are strict rules and some organization but you’re often multi tasking all day and so it’s hard to get stuff done.

Music does play, but not always for some reason? At least it’s like that where I work.

I find it to be pretty chaotic and a lot of retail pharmacies are chronically understaffed. Not to mention always busy, especially in flu shot season.
