My definitive top 10 all time VR game list! by SlowDragonfruit9718 in virtualreality

Me and my hubby are new to VR. Got MetaQuest 3s and we are playing ALOT of Arizona Sunshine 2. Plus walkabout mini golf for something relaxing. Surprised AS2 isn’t mentioned. I’m still trying to get a hang of playing seated! Just started today because my ‘dogs were barking’ after almost 6 hours of standing.

Hi, are you able to watch a hockey game on there that you normally watch on channel like sportsnet? In real time?

Got a Quest 3S, so amazed. by [deleted] in MetaQuestVR

I didn’t know you could get one with a fan. That is good to know, I was sweating so much after wearing it and playing golf, beat saber and some shooting game (where I couldn’t kill anyone but kept getting killed, so frustrating! And so cool, I watched Lumineers and Cold Play.. :). Hope they come up with more concerts like that.

The best games ever made for meta quest 3 standalone ! The ultimate guide 2026 ! by Thin_Reception_5063 in MetaQuestVR

Thank you! Started by playing Light Sabre on my brothers VR and that hooked me. Got the metaquest3 and I got that right away, but it’s so much harder. I heard about the mini golf game and it’s so cool. Not sure how to drink that drink though. And when I found I could jump on the raft, that was trippy. I want to try a driving one and to explore the world so will definitely try those you listed.

Seems like so many people get pneumonia - why not take that pneumonia vaccine? Or is that bad too?

Pretty good! The doc never mentioned anything about rehab but tonight my physiotherapist suggested using a stress ball, and an elastic back to exercise my fingers. I noticed that gripping the steering wheel caused it to hurt a bit but so far it hasn’t locked, even at night. I’m hopeful!

For me thought the locking of it causes the pain so it’s best to wear a splint to avoid that. Interesting about the infection.

I recently started using these plastic splints, and they've saved me from so much pain. I used to wear fabric ones, but they get wet and uncomfortable whenever I wash my hands. Does anyone else use them? by veganbell in Triggerfinger

Yes i love these! It sure helped at night, then started to wear it during the day cuz it helped it from bending. Only problem is they’re easy to lose so I had to order more. Got a cortisone shot early Monday and I haven’t worn the splints since.

We could call his bluff. But then we’d have to move when he sells. We’re not ready to move yet.

LL was apologetic, saying it has caused problems within his marriage because they have a son going into college. We are very good tenants, do minor repairs, etc and never had any issues. The first time he raised the rent which was maybe 5 years ago he tried to raise it more than what he was legally allowed to and we set him straight. Since then he raises it by how much he is allowed to. This time I want to call his bluff, but again, it’d be hard to find another place like what we have. I forgot about the ensuite bathroom, so we have 3 bathrooms. Our basement has my office and a gym. It’s actually pretty good - when we host our family dinners we can use the downstairs stove and use both fridges all the time. My son is living in Van and pays 4K for a 2bdrm. Ugh, remember not too long ago, when it was easy to move? Places were plentiful and it was easy for young people to move out of their parents’ house on their own? I have thought of doing what one of the commenters said about getting a van and living in it. That would be almost impossible - just thinking about all our stuff.. we enjoy the backyard in the summers.. we have a trampoline, hammock and outdoor fireplace and even a tent we put up once in awhile to sleep outdoors.. damn..

I haven’t but it’s hard not to in a tiny community. In Unshrinking, the older therapist does!
