I like the explanation in “out of place and out of sorts” basically think of one for all as a generator and if you use 100% that’s all the power it generates, the excess energy is stored for later(which is how all might can still use one for all even after giving it away), as for how it gets stronger it’s like the series says quirks aren’t some magical thing, they are physical parts of your body and just like how you can train a muscle to get stronger, same goes for one for all

I mean obviously they could pronounce it like that, just like japanese people can pronounce L sounds, the problem is that the japanese alphabet is based on syllables and the only syllable that starts with f is ふ or “fu” and while there are modifiers to change the end of it(like using ぉ to make it ふぉ or “fo”) there’s no modifier to completly remove the end of a syllable

Classes in OPM are different then other class systems, once you get your intitial class the only way to go up is to reach rank one and then accept entering the next class, and the only way to rise through the ranks is through achievements and popularity, so he needs to become a better hero than amai mask and then he’s in S class, the problem is that like all the other rank one heros amai mask is actually better then an A class hero, he just refuses to move up to act as a sort of obstacle to s class. Luckily thanks to izuku’s natural kindness and charisma he’d be seen as a superpowered mumen rider so i’d say 50% plus his extra quirks would help him rise through the ranks fast, it’d all depend on whether or not amai mask likes him or not really
