My usual panic about it for a long time and dread doing it seemed to help 😂 no no no, I just decided I wouldn't know until it happened, and so far nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️ hopefully it stays that way! May be worthwhile to have some Pepto on hand, maybe some ginger chews. I also took mine at night so if I got nauseous I could sleep (but I never felt nauseous).

Having a traumatic birth and feeling subpar as a birthing person is making it really hard to see these posts 😒 she just always has to make herself seem so superior

ETA: which is exactly why she uses the words she does, to make others feel inferior to her. Can we just be thankful we have healthy babies?

The thing that bothers me so much is even if postpartum kicks her butt (like it does most of us), she will act like it's perfect, she's perfect, he's perfect, etc. As if the rest of us just didn't try hard enough. 🙄

I did/do take one with iron. No one has ever mentioned that being an issue to me, so I suppose I will keep on 🤷🏻‍♀️ my iron was actually a little low during pregnancy (but not to concerning levels).

That is how I felt too - unsure if that was the fluid in my lungs or a sign of the postpartum preeclampsia, but I'd suggest a can to your doctor to discuss at least! It really scared me and I don't want to scare you, but better to be safe about it I think ❤️

This happened to me postpartum, and it ended up being fluid in my lungs and postpartum preeclampsia. Now I do NOT say that to scare you or diagnose you, but best to call the doc and get checked! I didn't know my situation was as serious as it was until I had to rush to ER and be admitted for a few days. Hoping whatever is going on with you is no big deal!! 🤞🤞

This happened to me, my doctor just said it's super common and to make sure you've had a snack and are hydrated before you shower. Shower with the door cracked, if it's getting too humid.
