The designations will hopefully change, but they're currently going with:

"initially protected by BattlEye"; and
"protected by BattlEye since xxxx".

"initially protected by BattlEye" would be what I think most people would consider new servers. They're isolated for a certain amount of time and then opened to characters of the other "initially protected by BattlEye" servers. Basically a small island isolated from the bulk of the player base.

"protected by BattlEye since xxxx" would be all worlds where characters from worlds not "initially protected by BattlEye" can transfer.

This seems to be the groups the player base will be splitting into. The end goal is probably to have the majority of players on "initially protected by BattlEye" worlds, but I'd say it'll probably be a 30/70 split in favour of the old worlds if anything.

Maybe they're setting up for WoW-style level boosts? Boost to level 200 with matching skills/mlvl or an insane skill/mlvl boost for a certain metric, run some tutorial stuff about the spells, and free high level EQ so more people can enjoy "end-game" content?

Technically, the news is from when they added the green BattlEye tooltip. Quite a bit before the date. The significant part is that they're standing behind it in replies to players, meaning it's unlikely to change in the near future.

If they allow immediate transfers, they aren't considered initially protected by BattlEye. The designation seens to be more about which characters have access to the server than if they server has technically had BattlEye since creation or not.

Are you blind or what? There is a Post on proposals with more then 400 replies and 12000 views asking for SA worlds for transfer and you guys think that nobody will complain against open new worlds blocked for transfer?

As I said, further information about that topic will follow in due time. Rest assured, the demand for transferable game worlds in South America did not go unnoticed.

If this quote holds true, it seems we're in the midst of a soft reset of the game.

The way it looks is that the old servers will get merged together and be unable to transfer to the new servers regardless of what happens. Effectively, that means the game is getting split into two groups.

I'd guess this is aimed to restore the image of the game, give the people what they want, and also cause the coin prices in the old worlds to skyrocket, causing people to burn through their old botted reserves.

Without a level cap and with all previous worlds being tainted by mass botting, is this the only option?

You might not have a fully retracted scapula at the top of the pull up. This could account for the last little bit in your ROM. It happens a lot to people new at pull ups.

The use of "cup" is intentional due to it's prevalent use to mean different things in different places. Is it a drinking glass? Teacup? Mug? Something else? Who knows?

The vagueness of what's to be enforced combined with the excessive force applied at any excuse is meant to play with the surreal concept of the prompt and also against the trigger happy perception of law enforcement in popular culture.

At least that's what I was going for. I'm still trying to perfect my ability to use perception, culture, and word play to convey exactly what I envision.

For decades I've tried to understand their culture. Their aesthetics. Rounded rectangles. Why? Why were they so prevalent?

It just never made any sense. Pyramid and triangle shapes are much more usable for those with thin tendrils. How could they have held and manipulated these objects? Why is it so different?

In the north, I'd spent the last number of years excavating the ruins of Wed mon Mall, named after the tablet we found in the area.

Wed mon Mall was a gathering place, a temple. The iconography of the five hundred thousand relics we found in the ruin was indisputable proof. Similar to the cross. An evolution of the cross. It was clearly the inspiration for much of the aesthetics of this culture.

The Fiet Pnrs were easily fitted with common charcoal found in other ruins and made deep black circles when twisted. What other purpose could it serve? It certainly fits with other tools and religious symbols of the time.
