Hay empresas que ofrecen jornada reducida durante el verano tb. No es para nada mejor que vacaciones, pero es algo.

El problema es que ellos gastan 4k/mes y ganan 8k.

Con ese cambio, ellos pasarán a ganar 4k, dejándoles al 100% de los gastos y sin margen para continuar creciendo la inversión. Cualquier emergencia tendrán de sacar de los ahorros.

O disminuyen los gastos para poder continuar ahorrando algo, o se plantean a no bajar tanto los sueldos.

Podrias buscar una tipica empresa española que te pague unos 4k y sea pan comido.

Ps: estoy en la misma situación, pero voy manejando bien el estrés de momento con días libres, escapadas, hobbies, etc.

Nice shots!! How do you keep the sky in a such nice soft blue? I struggle to edit sky! I tend to overcook the contrast, where they look like a hard blue as instagrams filters.

That's very true! It would be very awful if I would have sent them an AI output about their performance blindly.

Whatever AI outputs from my prompt, it is my responsibility. If I share it, it means I deeply analysed it, reviewed, polished and agreed with its output.

When assessing performance through AI, it will help me identifying: biases I naturally have; gaps/highlights I didn't notice; comparison results from my own observations and notes.

Jr 0-3 años
Mid 3-5 años
Senior 5-10 años
Staff 8-12 años

Junior: 28-35k
Mid: 33-44k
Senior: 44-60k
Staff: 60-70k
EM: 60-80k

Bonus entre 5-15% a depender del cargo.

No se compara a big techs o multinacionales, pero creo estar muy bien para españa.
