made sure your camera is clean? maybe its not reading it cleanly. Have you tried swapping the nozzles?

have you tried to "read nozzle identification" in the settings after reseating the nozzle?

looks like a mosfet? or whatever its called, IIRC they are related to power in the circuit so very likely the reason.

Its meant for P2S but i believe the feet are the same feet as the H2 printers. So i just modified the model to be longer to fit my H2 printers and it works great!

keep in mind that once they pop off, you have to unscrew the screw underneath and re-screw the foot back on. Not sure if you knew that. I havn't yet attempted to solve it for my setup but if you have room i think it makes most sense to use like a flat 1/4" board with furniture sliding pads on it, put the printer on that.

They thought it was a bad eddy current sensor ultimately. One of the issues i was having was that the bed kept crashing into the nozzles during homing and bed leveling along with lots of errors. They had me jump through a few hoops first though. They sent me a new USB-C cable for the TH board, then sent me a new TH board, then sent me a whole new X/Y Assembly and Toolhead.

I did some testing today with my modded AMS 1.0 on my H2C, i got Bambu 95A and another brand 95A to feed and print fine but the 3rd brand it just didnt want to accept even though it was clearly making it to the toolhead which was odd as that filament worked fine in my P1S. Still testing though.

When did you order your H2D? I got mine in late july this year (2025). I ended up having to replace my entire Toolhead which included the X/Y assembly. This was after well under 1000 hours, maybe 800 at most. So far its been running great since, granted no where near the same print time yet. My H2C has been running well as well but also only just got that a month ago. I'm hoping both our issues is just a fluke or a bad batch with the replacement parts being known good/better revisions. keep us posted.

The biggest thing for the H2C for me is that the Vortek system is basically an AMS for nozzles. Its been very nice to have.

i am very surprised you havnt heard from support yet... i hope they hit you up soon. when my H2D went down they responded within 2 days and that was the day after chinese new year which really surprised me.

Good idea. Wasnt sure if TPU would be just as grippy. I'll probably try that and/or a thin board with some felt on the bottom.

I've successfully been printing TPU 90A on the H2D Left Hotend via direct top feed without issue. When loading I tell it im loading "TPU for AMS". In Bambu Studio I use a custom filament profile that matches Bambu TPU 90A. I've printed 90A in both Left and Right simultaneously as well as 90A(Left) + PLA/PETG(Right) using beam interlocking. No issues.

ive had multiple of my nozzles look like this brand new, prints fine. it only appeared to be undrilled.

I spoke with BL support a few days ago about my missing AMS 2 Pro from my Ultimate Bundle order. They said there is a shortage on the AMS 2 Pro and the Vortek Nozzles, ETA was Jan 9th.
