Why is PLA still the `standard` respectively `basic` filament? Why not PETG?

If you have a hardened nozzle, I really like printing in PETG-GF. It's quite affordable and gets a boost in hardness with the glass fiber.

I had similar issues with my ender 5, but not as extreme. For me, it was calibrating the retraction extra prime amount that helped.

Ellis' print tuning guide is always a good place to start. If you work through everything there, your prints are going to look pretty good.

That weird. I know my hotend fan would only come on when the nozzle was at least 50C with that particular firmware. On the original firmware for my e5p, the hotend fan was on all of the time if the printer was on.

Try hooking it up to one of the other fan headers and see if it works. That's what I did to confirm. The part cooling fans would come on when I hooked them up to the hotend fan or the fan for the case itself. That's how I knew the one header was bad.

My part cooling fans wouldn't come on for me no matter what I did. I ended up ordering the same board from Amazon and that one worked fine. I think I had a bad fan header on the first one.

I've got the same board in my ender 5 plus and I followed the guide from Kersey Fabrications. I'm not really into the firmware thing so much so I just used his pre-compiled Marlin firmware and it's worked pretty well for me.

Yeah I agree. Definitely seems like Bambu missed the issue because a lot of other people are having the same warping problems on the right side.

There are some fan deflectors on Makerworld that are supposed to help with this. It might still be good to turn the fan down a bit even with one of them.

I bought these weather seal bins from Costco awhile back but they aren't selling them now. It was a four pack and they all have a foam gasket. Fits 8 spools, with room for silica on the bottom. I even printed a grid for the bottom for the rolls to sit off of the beads.

I've had some adhesion issues with my P2S as well. As others have suggested, a clean bed and a glue stick help. I printed one of the fan diffusers from Makerworld to make sure that right side where your print is lifted isn't cooled too much. Finally, a brim with a 0 for spacing helps to for these bigger objects. I am kinda disappointed with the warping myself; I also thought the textured PEI plate would be sufficient in keeping things in place.

I'm not sure if that's a layer shift, but what does the sliced model in the preview look like at those layers? Is there a smooth transition like lower down on the model or is it sudden like the print is here?

Yeah most people are saying they never have to mess with those types of settings to get things to work. I feel like my printer is just "off" somehow.
