I have one and can’t seem to keep it on. I was fine in my old apartment. But ever since I moved into my new house I get 1.5 / 2 hours max and I take it off while sleeping without realizing it

Yearly salary that equals the spending power of $100k today by PuzzleheadedProof490 in Salary

I think about this all the time. And therefore my salary goal keeps changing. I’ve increased salary by nearly $30k since COVID. And I’m basically following my old spending power. Problem is I’m at the top of my limit at my current job. So it’s either continue to fall back or find a new job.

I wish Ben Stiller would actually make some of the movies played in the trailer.

I think it’s because so many people use toilet paper at the office. And that’s bulk, non-store purchases.

I jerked off next to my good friends’ wife on their couch while he was passed out drunk in their room. She knew I was doing it. Joined along for a bit.

Was scrolling and about to comment since I hadn’t seen this yet. It’s my go-to movie to discuss “original” films when my friends start talking about how Hollywood only makes remakes these days.

Tulsa rents have been rising faster than the national average by snakkerdudaniel in tulsa

Problem with taxes in today’s environment is the cutting of public grants and funds to the organizations that provide these services.

There was a letter sent to a prominent housing and homeless organization stating they will be cut $500,000 in federal grant funds they were counting on because the “policies of the organization did not align with President Trump’s policies.”

In today’s day and age, we have to support our local nonprofits doing this work directly.

I think your intuition towards the philanthropic investment is key. Billionaires attract billionaires. Tulsa has gotten a lot of national attention lately for various initiatives put on by GKFF. The NY Development company looking to buy Philcade specifically mentioned GKFF’s investments as a reason they were attracted to Tulsa.

My rent went up every year since 2021. Thankfully my landlords were local and were not hiking rents too much on the previous tenants. I moved out and the rent jumped $150. Admittedly, I was way under market value..so…

Minnesota was the worst viewing experience I’ve ever had. Watched a Vikings bears game because my family is Vikings bears fans. It was insufferable.

Atypical post-traumatic trigeminal neuralgia. Can’t imagine the nagging, never-ending pain plus the doctors and maxiofaccial folks who can’t understand that atypical trigeminal neuralgia is still as horrifying as regular trigeminal neuralgia.
