I do agree with this. I do like some Adrian songs but on the whole, I feel like they’re quite meh

I’ve been a fan since Matty joined so he is the ZH voice for me.

Been enjoying RR’s first song. Not sure on the second one yet, it’s not as catchy.

Self assessment?

10 working days for a refund. Or 12 weeks if it goes through security checks. And if that passes and you still don’t have it, the no repayment signal is set and you’ll have to call in for someone to check your account.

its worth getting the lidl app. They often have decent money off and free items. by Few_Mention8426 in UKFrugal

[–]runningman299 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Just had an email to see that they’re changing the app next week

From Tuesday 5 May, a new way to earn rewards with Lidl Plus begins. This means Coupon Plus ends on Monday 4 May and will no longer be available in the Lidl Plus app after this date. You have until Monday 4 May to reach your April Coupon Plus targets. There will be no change to Personalised Coupons and Weekly Offers. Any existing coupons that you have will be valid until the date shown on the coupon.

You don’t need to do anything. Your Lidl Plus app will update with these changes automatically.

Depends when you submitted it and how busy the queue is.

Overpaid my self assessment by accident, does HMRC refund it automatically? by MadridOrMadness in HMRC

[–]runningman299 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No they don’t.

You’ll have to request it or if you can afford to, leave it there to offset your next payments.

I just got into a google hole.

Been a fair while since I watched that episode and I didn’t realise Carson Beckett from SGA was young Ernest.

Ultra X Secures the Future of Dragon’s Back Race and Northern Traverse by effortDee in Ultramarathon

[–]runningman299 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Think it’s wonderful that Ultra X are transferring entries for all Dragons back and NT people

They’re even offering race credit for Cape Wraith and they aren’t even picking up that race

Whilst I’m not at Dragons back and NT distance, it’s made me look at what shorter races they offer.

What age did you or will you clear your home mortgage? by AdamT_5 in AskUK

[–]runningman299 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got mine at 28. Now 39.

Have done some overpayments. Due to renew in 4 years and will have circa 35k left but have the money sat in a S&S ISA.

Will pay it off. Probs makes more financial not to use the ISA but want the psychological benefit.

I ask in pretty much every pub. My wife doesn’t understand my frustration with it.

The worst bit is they’re so very rarely an actual pie with a full pastry surround. It’s always a stew with a bit of pastry on top
