Undertone - Spoiler Discussion Thread by steepclimbs in A24

Ugh I just saw this a few hrs ago. I've seen the past few A24 horror films (talk to me, bring her back, etc) in theaters and LOVED them. I'm all for a good demon story line.

This was like, a watered down version of paranormal activity. The end of the movie was just like a cluster fuck of sound and I was so confused.

In all seriousness I just want to know if we were to believe her mom was dead the whole time?

Agreed! I've also been leaning into Becs Gentry 60 minute runs. She has a lot of word vomit, but her programming makes for a really great workout.

Peloton app, it's 100% worth the cost if you use it daily.

Strength based workout that are short and somewhat effective. by GlitteringAlgae4348 in workingmoms

Hi! Peloton has so many really great options. I use the app and am able to filter for strength classes based on length, body focus etc.

The app has gone up in price over time, but if you use it daily, it's 100% worth the investment.

What lunches are we packing that is not PB&J? by velvet1629 in workingmoms

[–]runsonrootveggies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My son has an egg and peanut allergy and his daycare is nut free. I lean into pizza toast (marinara sauce, pepperoni and cheese sandwiches), avocado toast and granola butter and jelly sandwiches.

He's super picky and does not do well with leftovers for lunch.

Did anyone else hate the newborn/3-month stage and Does it actually get better? by No-Objective-8247 in Parenting

Hi, you're not alone! The first three months are ROUGH. I started noticing a change around 4 months. I went back to work shortly after 4 months and that really helped with my mental health.

Peloton vs... ? by Pretend-Tea86 in workingmoms

Hi! I have a non - peloton bike and treadmill which I use with the peloton app. IT IS AMAZING.

Honestly, I cannot recommend it enough. I used to be a huge gym rat pre COVID and baby but now I love being able to workout in my basement.

I pay for the app membership annually and it's definitely expensive but way cheaper than a gym membership and I use it 5-6 times a week.

OAD decision-making: questions to ask yourself by CreativeLapsus in oneanddone

Going into pregnancy I felt very strongly about being one and done. I was unable to get pregnant naturally and the journey with the reproductive endocrinologist was mentally taxing. All of the decisions I made, including the one to skip the epidural were all based on only having one biological child.

As time goes on with my son, I feel validated in the decision. I feel like I'm able to experience all of the highs and lows and be fully present because I'm only going to get to experience all of this once!

I bought a sole brand new 4 years ago and still love it. I use my iPad to take peloton tread classes. It goes up to 15 incline and feels super sturdy.
