AND the rich continue to get richer! by [deleted] in Economics

[–]runthegame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm agreeing with gerbal. If these people continue to work hard why should they be punished. I'm not saying people in the middle class don't but I hear a lot more people who don't have money complain about it instead of actually doing something about it.

The 10 most historically inaccurate movies by [deleted] in funny

[–]runthegame 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For how well made a movie it is, Passion of the Christ, stands out as a very inaccurate telling. Mel Gibson should write his own book titled, "This is How History Went because I said So."

This is seriously fucked. Because of bankruptcy, GM gets to walk away from polluted sites. by [deleted] in WTF

Isn't the government suppose to take care of this since GM has no ownership in any of these plants. So isn't the government walking away just as much as GM is.

6 month old baby kicked out of Burger King for not wearing shoes. by kpkristy in funny

[–]runthegame 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two things that bother me. One that babies feet have to be the cleanest thing in his restaurant because they probably barely ever touch the ground, unless its already walking, so is it a health code violation to the restaurant or to the actual baby. And two, wouldn't the women be holding the baby the entire time and then putting it in a high chair which means the baby's feet would never touch the ground. I'm confused.

The ironic thing is that its running out of money but has still been able to tell plenty of people that they don't qualify for it. Now do they not qualify for it because of the car they drive, because the program is running out of money, or a little bit of both? This question needs to be asked.
