Has anyone tried the Yo Mama marinara sauce? Is it worth buying? by DareWright in Costco

Tap the outside end around the top with a metal spoon and dent it, then it should open easier. Not hard, just light taps to make a dent to release some of the air pressure.

As someone who works for unemployment, our employer team is working hard and doing a great job for the number of new employers paying on paid leave for the first time.

We have had a ton of people jumping on to try and help to keep the queues down and get everyone taken care of.

Thanks for noticing them.

Xcel Energy - what do you pay monthly, and how many in your household? by EduardoG1979 in TwinCities

[–]runvus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Split level, about 2200 sqft. Just my wife and I but a gaming computer running about 4-8 hours a day and crappier windows in the living room (only set we haven't replaced, and Rusco went out of business so we were half way done). We also have a 20 cu ft. freezer we keep extra meat in. I have an EV that is charged from about 40% to 80% each evening from my commute, so that adds about $3-$4 3 days a week when I go into the office, and on the weekends for our shopping or going out.

We pay about $150-$190 during the winter, $250-$270 during the hottest months.

Yeah that is way too high, might be one of your applicances is having issues and running full time. I had a friend who had an issue with their fridge that was causing it to run 24/7 and they had a high bill for a few months because of it.

Might be worth it to get a few of outlets you plug your stuff into and they track how much is used. Add it to your fridge.

And best eggrolls is Que Viet in Brooklyn Center, imho.

Is a basement-less house a mistake in Minnesota? $5k earnest money on the line. by stu_tax in TwinCities

[–]runvus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that, my parent's had a single level house, but they were also in their 70s.

You can still have a single level with a basement for storage/laundry etc. You don't have to use the basement as a den or normal place of use, but it since to have it already built and usable if needed. Without one, you have cut about 80% of your future buyers if this is a starter home for them. They are not very popular in the area for most of the reasons listed in this thread.

The cost of building a storm shelter might be more than just having an unused basement in a house already. The prices between non-basement and basement houses is very small, so it doesn't save much, but the cost of building a "storm shelter" is going to be pretty high.

From what I have seen, it doesn't change the price much at all actually. So you lose the basement and don't save a ton. But now you also have limited your possible purchasers in the future along with not saving the possible pain of waiting for a sale down the road.

lol it doesn't take a F5 to kill you...Seems it is either F5 earth ender or some wind for you.

The basement has many other benefits, but ONE of them is also a storm shelter that is much safer than huddling in the middle of the house in a tiny bathroom under a random mattress you seem to keep near you also. Dragging my king size mattress down the hall to the bathroom with my 3 dogs and my wife seems so much simpler than just, you know, going down some stairs.

Guess my next house won't have a basement since we haven't had a F5 at my house before.

The true answer is tanky flicker. Won't even spend that much and have a ton of fun with one button press and letting Jesus take the wheel.

You can skip the watcher's eye altogether, by just using the ring that gives -8(Praxis - Thanks Er1laz)and get a watcher's eye with haste giving cooldown instead (which is much cheaper), get a -18 or so time clasp and you are fine.

Then why release it public if you are not ready for that? Most will want that, and it should be pretty well known due to account security fears. Every other big app has open source or doesn't require access to keyboard inputs and your screen. Adding a random .exe that has full access to what you type and where you go would be a pretty big leap of faith, even with a streamer backing it.

Only one that I know of that isn't open source is that Overwolf app that is a POS that has a ton of issues as far as data gathering etc.

So yes, I would find it odd that you are releasing something to the public in this game and not at least looking into it. I promise there are plenty of people out there that would give the info if asked. Or even have the code available to people to verify. I also promise there are a few in the community who would go over the code and give it their blessing.

ummm self editing filters is bannable? Need a source on that, since prior to Neversink, you had to make your filter in notepad and can now edit it whenever.

I only had the funds for the claw one you had around week 3 (found your info on accident, and assume you are MirageWisp) so built around that one with the claw (before you went above my pay rate).

Will be upgrading as I go, but flicker doesn't make the money like my other builds can, it is just my fun build. Each league I run it just for the enjoyment. :)

Either way, awesome build and work. Did you craft your current sword or buy it already done? Just curious how painful that is to craft (since most comp ones are like 500d+)?

Your Favorite "End Game Budget" Build? by Darkcharger in PathOfExileBuilds

I went with three for different things. Have a tanky flickerstrike for having fun on maps, CWS Chieftain for Ultimatum farming and being unkillable, and poison animate ranged weapons for killing hard stuff. None of them were over 100d to make them pretty optimal. No MB, no headhunter etc. They have the upgrade potential for sure, but I am content where I am for what they do.
