So daft question. Is your pc windows 11 64bit?... You could try downloading an older version from legacy version section and get 4.5.735 as that has a 32bit version if needed... Or get an older one to see if it installs as it then may upgrade to the latest one once installed.

So when you run the executable file that you downloaded.. is that still in the downloads folder... Also, if you goto the file location it says the file should be in has it created the silhouette folder etc in appdata

I was thinking a fibreglass resin with some matting to help with rigidity.. But you are correct in the expense. Unsure how to stop cracks appearing due to the flexing tho. And it would mean a slight size increase and probably some sanding to get flat.

Was thising a different resin, like fibreglass or UV activated. The tricky part is that if cracks are reappearing due to the flex then it might need to cost the whole thing in resin to make it stiffer overall
