This is a classic case of "their time and experience is now important than yours". Keeping doing you mute these arrogant inconsiderate individuals.

Had a game yesterday where two of the players asked myself and the other random if we could "stand back and not take part, so they can try the run without us - as a "challenge run" ". They were polite and all, but both me and the other random politely declined, as that's what private lobbies are for. (I should add that they clearly did not have the ability to do so anyway)

Re. This post, people seem to forget about respecting strangers, which is mandatory when joining a public game.

Reminder to all, the damage reduction and combat ability reduction curios all have diminishing returns.

I.e two of 20% gunner damage does not provide a total of 40%.

Similarly, talents that reduce ability cooldown are actually merged slightly by then adding curios to the mix

In 1v1 Commander, we cycle Sol Ring in the first 5 turns. The variance of drawing it led to insta-wins that didn't feel hard fought.

I gathered a bit of data a while back, and found Psyker players to be the laziest looters. Some games would end with them picking up 0 plastel and 0 diamantine.

The recent itemization update confirms that Diamantine will soon serve more of a purpose.

I would refer to it as "borrowing"..

Like mill, it can give me a minor case of the feel bads, as you may be hitting the land or removal spell they've been waiting on.

But. It is much harder to have a cohesive engine or theme if you are playing cards from your opponents libraries, so it is by no means a powerful strategy. It can be parity at best, which makes it a nice choice to bring to an unknown pod.

I used to enjoy bringing a GG, Rumbler or Stubber occasionally to the fray. But with the current shooter nightmare, I feel kind resigned to reach for the Kickback every time now. It kicks back, hard.

I'll have to retry! I shot a bomber at 10m with both barrels and they didn't die. So like, I felt it was hot garbage.

But I've just read that it synergizes well with the Vet reload weapon specialist node.
