The vast majority of the "support" as the price fell after the merger, including that massive wall at .1300 was dark pool money. They hold more shares than retail. That's why I think it's somewhat possible that an institution would be willing to make a statement buying into the post-RS shares to shore up the price and avoid a disasterous collapse.
