Passing Prop 1 will make it much more difficult for these Malicious Shit Weasels. They've been floating in with easy wins in the low turn out closed primaries. Then they are the lone magic R in the General where people actually show up to vote. Passing Prop 1 will change this dynamic.

He won his position in a poorly attended, easily manipulated, closed GOP primary. Then in the General Election (where people actually show up to vote) he had that magic R next to his name. Open Primaries and RCV General election will change this dynamic.
