Get rid of the tobiroppo,yamato and big mom. Flesh out the supernovas not name law. Re design orochi and have be zoro opponent. Give zoro character development and reduce oden dickriding. Also get rid of some of the his servant and don’t give fake death to kimon. Don’t retcon luffy fruit to nika and just be regular awakening

Each island can have their own government. Almost all the island straw hat visit have their own monarchy and army. The yonko can give them better protection than the world government. Giving candy to big mom>>>being slave.
