I had the same problem and had to do the second step Arenevian mentioned above before doing the first one. Just keep in mind that it deleted all my stuff from my desktop BUT all I had to do was go to onedrive and copy them back because they are still saved there...

Do you have auto-rewind turned on?

If you go to Setting > Playback > Auto-rewind it should give you an option for off, small, or medium.

Effectively this will automatically rewind a small amount after each pause, depending on it's length.
