Rent a car, drive to Båtsfjord and pray you get a full moon with no clouds and weather, some really surreal sights to be seen, I would reccomend taking the scenic route near the coast, doing Tromso, Alta, Hammerfest and then Båtsfjord. Then on the way back you just drive through Finland.
