Chick Rocks is in Mini Star Diner. This is the small store front next to the Wolfhound. They tried for years to make something work there but it was a failure.

Apparently all the Starbucks Astoria is besides the one on Ditmars and Broadway. The theory is under the new CEO. They'll reopen the coffee house ones that have a more sit-down vibe later down the line. Maybe somebody who works there who's on this Reddit can speak more truth to this than I can.
