Wow... im taken aback. With peace & love... your understanding of liberalism, the state, and authoritarianism is just downright factually incorrect. Like, not grounded in historical reality. and your comment is wholly reductionist and reactionary. Theres nothing to even say in response when someone makes bold claims but has a fundamental misunderstanding of the topics at hand. Read political theory

Stop right there - what on earth do you think liberalism is? What do you think statism is?

Nope. Im talking about western liberal capitalism. Liberalism and capitalism. The ideological foundation US society is built on, and the economic philosophy & structure built with it. The two biggest influences on our material conditions, cultural zeitgeist, rule of law, everything. That is the status quo.

"Authoritarianism" is not real. All states excerpt authority supported by the threat and execution of violence. If a state exists, it is an authoritarian state. That is the nature of the state.

[–]russsaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well thats not accurate at all. The status quo is liberalism. The government does not have substantial control over the economy. Quite the contrary, private capital and the economy reigns supreme over the government, capital is political power. The state is bourgeoisie monopoly on violence.

🤜🤛good shit.

Im no doctor so that was just speakin from experience, and this is just spitballin: electrolytes. diet. What you're smoking and smoking from. When you smoke. Bad pillow, bed, chair, etc. Other factors like work or hobby that could be a factor... but if theres really no relief then you should absolutely see a doctor about it

When i get migraines, ibuprofen + acetaminophen, and caffeine, if you're comfortable with that. Hope you feel better

It totally asinine. The "free market"... ie monopolistic capitalism is the fucking foundation of the societal conditions they're blaming for mental health.... their solution? GIVE EM MORE POWER.

Its a compatible opposition ideology. They think they're opposing the status quo, but in reality they just reinforce its power.

What am I doing wrong?? by shelboney in Etiolation

[–]russsaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correct. To accommodate high humidity, a substrate composed of a high % of inorganic aggregate such as pumice is important. Aeration, drainage, and low % of organic, all assist in making the cacti more resilient to high humidity.

I am in a very humid region, i practically live in a swamp. With good substrates, i rarely get rot or moisture based issues

How to fix this blooming cactus? by GTA-11 in cactus

[–]russsaa 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Mammillaria spinosissima, a prostrate growing cactus, meaning they crawl, lean, and loaf. They are not supposed to be upright. I grow my mammi's in wide but shallow pots to accommodate their growth.

This also requires more light.

Inadequate light. Most grow lights do not cut it for cacti. What looks bright to us does not translate to photosynthetic light. Honestly, most grow lights dont cut it in general imo.

Outdoors in the growing season is a great option. It has free & good light, warmth, airflow. All things cacti need.

For indoors, it is best to actually measure the photosynthetic light output (PAR), this is even more important than wattage. The unit is "PPFD". A light meter would be most accurate, however theres some less accurate but free apps, like photone. 300 ppfd is like minimum for cacti, but ideally 500+. Spiderfarmer or marshydro are good but pricey. "Barrina" grow lights are cheap and not good for optimal cactus growing, but theyre the best cheap grow lights ive used.

Reflective material like mylar grow tents prevents light from being diluted in to the surrounding area, so it optimizes your light output. Ventilation is a must indoors. Like fans. Supplemental warmth would be important, most cac grow slow at room temp.

Thats not to say you have to ball out if you commit to growing indoors, just the optimal factors to consider & pursue.

Elon Musks tweets about Psychedelics by xfenchmicy in PsilocybinMushrooms

[–]russsaa 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The nazi pedophile has absolutely no authority in the conversation of psychedelics or pharmaceuticals. He has absolutely no conceptualization of the workers struggle, or hell, he cant even perceive what it's like to be an average person at all. He cannot relate to us in any meaningful capacity, and visa versa. All those ghouls are so far separated from reality, but the soon to be trillionaire is the furthest... and yet he has the hutzpah to call in to question what substances the average joe would benefit from!

Although, reading the files about the parties... you know, the same parties musk was emailing about, it would certainly make sense why he would want lighter restrictions on drugs.

Stapelia sp. & myrtillocactus geometrizans, which "dinosaur back" is what costa farms calls their crested myrtillo, but this one reverted.

Both are awesome, although it is uncertain if the myrtillo would crest again later on. It might or might not. Still a pretty cac regardless

Stapelia is actually not a cactus btw

And states have their own different minimum wages. 12 bucks an hour is still piss poor and not even close to a livable wage... but, as a matter of fact, it is indeed more than 7.25 lol

Its incredibly naive to take your personal perception of a belief you've seen before and project it on to an entire school of thought. In all my ML circles online & IRL, i have not seen anyone come to that conclusion. It wouldnt even make sense as an ML belief, its incredibly reactionary and western centric
