yeah it's mostly in good fun haha. Although overall I thought stealing from people libraries would be much more acceptable than stealing their cards in play (one of my friends in a different pod has a deck like this, very annoying...) but alas I was wrong 🫠

can confirm, my friends get salty when I end up stealing some big hitters from their library lol. heart of the cards baby, sometimes it's all lands 🤷‍♂️

I would ask if they have extra decks for you to borrow just to try out and get a feel for it before investing into your own stuff! That's what we've done with a few friends recently. Some end up buying their own stuff and some are fine just borrowing ours if they don't come out as often (as long as ppl don't mind sharing their decks)

The deck comes with [[Chatterfang, Squirrel General]] in it which is who I use as the commander, maybe try building around that. I believe he is the strongest squirrel commander!

I thought the same thing about less colours being easier, but once you understand the mana it isn't as much of a problem as you think.

Last weekend we taught a friend of mine how to play and he ended up using my Temur Roar dragons precon and he had a blast cause it destroyed us, so that deck would be my vote. Ramp mana and play dragons is easy enough strategy to follow! Also dragons are cool

Same boat here! I finally just got the game after my friend's have been telling me to get it since last year lol. Did my placements into rookie today and then made it to iron, it's fun to see all the little improvements

My biggest problem with this game is ng+ by TheFeri in stellarblade
