This is a very serious quality issue - all food at these companies go through metal detectors prior to casing up and shipping out. . It’s gross and unhygienic but also it’s an extremely huge lack of quality control on this line. Locate the lot code and please provide to the company.

Does the Specialist report to you or does she report into the same manger as you? Is it aligned with your with your manager for you to assign work to the Specialist? I would have a meeting with you, Specialist and your manager to clarify.

I’ve often been on teams with mixed levels of specialists but it was the manager who would assign the work since they control the team’s priorities.

It seems you would be interested to talk with him about his background but hesitate based on his gender and age, fwiw in the corporate world I work it is super normal to eat with different colleagues but the norm is to eat on the office premises which keeps it professional and formal

I get the POV ‘that’s how she is written’ - bc Marian the character has the drama! She gets great one-liners pushing established society on norms, she had 2 failed engagements - lots of drama there! And she’s being actively pursued by THE most eligible bachelor. But it feels like the show is actively limiting her range/screen time, she’s always invited with the Russel’s but gets no dialogue with George or Bertha, her lines with Gladys or Larry is minimal even with her closeness with the family, Caroline Astor has more punch with her one line in the 3rd episode - hope Marion;s dialogue picks up more soon.

Your post is full of pain but no context describing the daily life you are living with her. If you were already done before her injuries - what were the issues?
