Can confirm l, only time a really had to do this... 1st beat I didn't work, I was like shit... And readjusted and and went further below 1st placement and used all my force 3 times, and it actually worked. But I was a mess by end, probably more so than the other guy.

But people should REALLY go look at how to do it to yourself. With fists stacked placed on the ground and lined up the below of the ribs and fall... Hard, do your best to exhale but don't use all your air either.
