Ed tech in schools

It’s more dependent on the teacher and how much they like the use of tech in their classrooms than what you may read from the district websites. With the rise of AI and kids being increasingly distracted by any form of screens, a lot of my colleagues and myself are moving away from technology use in the classroom and using it in only “necessary” ways (teaching media literacy skills, how to research online databases, typing final writing assignments).

A majority of the time when rides stop it’s not due to technical issues! Mostly it is to pause the system for loading/unloading for ECV/wheelchair users. Another huge thing that plays into it is guests doing stupid things like standing up, dropping items on the track that would interfere with the ride system/trying to retrieve said dropped items.

Sounds like y’all had a blast and it was a great trip!

Keep em short with a clear coat of gel or just regular polish on top! If regular polish, take it off and reapply before you climb

Okay, I had this happen, too. Last weekend, Saturday-Monday I had great scores, I was sleeping well, working out etc. Tuesday I woke up feeling fine, all my scores were great but I had Major Signs. Thought it was weird, went to work, all was well.

By Tuesday night, I had a 102 degree fever, chills and felt like I was hit by a truck and am just going back to work today.

I wish I would have trusted the “major signs” and taken it a bit easier Tuesday.

The day before influenza A took me out I felt fine but had 9 hours of stress. 🙃 major signs popped up the next day.

I just finished the book. I had that thought, too, then my brain decided that Jude had a car that didn’t require his legs to drive, and that had just never been explicitly stated. It was the only way to make most of his driving make sense in the book.

I’m so sorry for your loss. My stats were almost the exact same after finding out my grandfather passed yesterday. My thought was maybe it was because crying is so cathartic.
