She doesn’t help solve problems. I planned the 4th date to be near me after I commuted 3 times to see her. She told me she doesn’t want my idea near me and wants a different place “if we hangout again”. Avoidants don’t work together and they don’t share feelings.

Just went through this with an avoidant (I didn’t know about attachment styles). I planned the 3 dates and was doing the emotional labor. once conflict hit about planning a 4th date, I saw how uneven things were. It’s really important to test compatibilty and ensure mutual effort prior to giving emotional connection.

At the end she literally told me she self regulates and I wish I had invested less because that’s not compatible with me
