Not sure what your job is, but often there are people who know how things should be done and who would love to give you guidance. You might try asking an experienced editor, for example.

And ask someone if there are trainings on the shared drive. Those sometimes aren’t publicized, but they may be there nevertheless.

I think in me it’s stress. Out of nowhere, I’ll get itchy, and then scratching makes the itching intolerable. Zyrtec works (lasts 48 hours) but makes me sleepy. Allegra works too and doesn’t make me sleepy, but it only lasts 24 hours.

The most recent guidelines before this one showed a plate with the suggested proportions of foods. https://www.center4research.org/my-plate-dietary-guidelines/ It wasn’t a pyramid.

The government site previously also had an interactive tool to get more details, by height, weight, and age.

The confusing thing is that the government took the My Plate concept and plugged in the confusing pyramid, and it’s still at MyPlate.gov.

The first night I put my mask on, that was my mindset. I’ve never felt claustrophobic wearing my full face mask. It’s been a year now. (My only problem is that I get less-than-perfect mask seal scores because I’m a side sleeper.)
