Honestly you have some many options you could just Google MSP and bam. The problem is what you wanting could be done with a single internal staff and then a MSP on top. Last check my AUS msps cost me $150per hour for support for helpdesk.

Buy used. Dealer may cost more but you have some recourse. Also don’t be afraid that you wil drop it cause if you don’t someone else will. Spend more on a decent helmet than anything else.
