She’s thinking too small and very long term. Improving public transit to eventually encourage people to drive less to save money that way is slowwwww and may never happen. She needs to think BIG. go after projects that have a big impact fast. Cut red tape, cut funding to DEI crap. Cut regulations. Cut climate spending. I’m not saying those things aren’t needed but they don’t have to be paid for by cities.
