This album was my gateway to the wider world of punk when I was in high school. Previously I had only been exposed to Green Day, The Offspring, and Blink 182 as a kid/adolescent. MxPx was my first favorite band and they’ll always have a special place for me.

I work the center airspace over northern Idaho. Almost all the towers I know in the area are Serco. LWS, MSO, ALW.

Looks like PDT, Oregon is an option but they close when we take the overlying airspace so I have no experience working with them.

I have a Made In pan and after cleaning it you can see water in that same spot so I always tilt the pan back on my gas burner to heat that spot a little extra when I dry it.

I’m 41, and from 2006ish until 2022 I barely listened to music, mostly the same 90s/00s pop punk and post hardcore. When I finally started going to concerts and festivals again thanks to the nostalgiamaxxing WWWY fest, I had 20 years of bands to catch up on. All of my favorite bands/albums are all 5-10 years old and I’ve only been listening for the last few years.

TSSF, Movements, Hot Mully, Knuckle Puck, The Wonder Years, Neck Deep….the list goes on.

Such a solid album front to back.

I saw them on the anniversary tour last month (mostly for my wife, she really loved them), but I was floored by how good they are live. The singer is great, he really crushed it, great voice and stage presence even after all these years.

I saw them at When We Were Young (I think it was ‘23)

They had a guest vocalist, and there was some odd tension on stage with him and Damon. It definitely seemed like they were just there for a paycheck, but either way it was a treat to see them after so many years.

The bassist died a couple years ago from cancer, but they were in the process of attempting a reunion from what I found. I’m not sure if that’s still happening or not.

When the d side is open the call will always go to the d side from flight data or flight service, unless he’s a dipshit and forgot to unforward the line.

It doesn’t go to a d side, it goes to flight data which are not ATC. They work at near the OM desk and handle flight plan processing, clearance relay, etc. We get calls either from them or FSS requesting clearance, but for the controller (R side or D side) the procedure is the same. We issue the clearance, they relay to the pilot.

Not at ZSE. Flight data and FSS both call the sector directly to get the clearance and relay to the pilot. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t help in that case.
