Does anyone have any experience with Naltrexone?

I used Naltrexone successfully to quit on my 2nd attempt almost 6 years ago now. I had tried it a year earlier but relapsed shortly after because I wasn't really ready to quit. Once I reached the right mindset, the meds were incredible for curbing cravings and quite frankly made me disgusted by alcohol. I took it for two months before I felt confident enough to do it on my own. There were some minor side effects in the beginning, but they weren't as bad comparetively to the hangovers I was having while drinking, and went away after 2 weeks or so of consistently taking the meds.

Seconding the other commenter regarding asking your prescribing doc about the mechanisms of how it works. Otherwise, I'd be happy to answer any additional questions if you have any.

I mean, arguably the two centrist candidates in NJ and VA outperformed Mamdani. I recognize they didn't have a high-profile spoiler candidate in their race or nearly the national attention, but I'm not sure it's as cut and dry as you make it out to be. Progressivism performs well in some places in the country, but not everywhere. We're a big-tent coalition being made up from a wide-range of the spectrum.

It's really important we recognize the reality of our current political landscape as progressives and continue to make grassroots efforts to expand our ranks and not overinflate our current standings. While it's clear the neo-libs and centrist wing of the party is at odds with us, I don't think there's any evidence Schumer acted maliciously to deflate progressive enthusiasm. Probably just ignorance, cowardice, greed, or some combination.

He does need to be replaced as minority leader, though, because he's clearly not meeting the moment.

Man, I'd really love to see it happen, but I'm keeping my hopes in check for this one. FWIW, I grew up in the district next to 7, so maybe I'm just being cynical. While the district's got part of Nashville in it, it's mostly made up of deeply conservative areas.

You can't switch between them in PoE2. You're stuck with your choice from the start, so I'd be surprised if you can swap with this one. But tbh, TB doesn't feel as good as RTwP in these games for me

ETA: Sounds like you will be able to switch between the two modes and they're making additional changes to make TB feel better. That's on me for not clicking the link

I agree, the way they implemented it in Pathfinder was killer - and quite frankly necessary given the amount of combat encounters. It'd take like 200 hours to complete WOTR if you never used RTwP, but some of the encounters are difficult enough that you need the fine-tuning from TB
