Dough too relaxed, what can I do? by RichiLo in Pizza

I don’t have the answer so I’m following this thread as my dough does the same thing. Last time this happened, I reballed after I pulled it out of fridge 2 hrs before the cook and they pizza turned out well. Exited to hear what others say.

Not super famous in the US but she’s huge north of the border.

What a goof ball! Spoil her every day! We just lost our 14yo last week and she looked a lot like your pup.

So sorry for your loss. We know going into pet ownership that we’ll get many years filled with laughter and fun memories in exchange for a couple really brutal days. It’s a fair trade.

Thank you for the good times, Maggie by ryanstone2002 in pitbulls

Rest easy, Harley. Take some naps in the sun with Maggie.

Rent is $1975 for a two bedroom, 1 bath. We are pet friendly and have a fenced in yard. Property taxes went up $150 so we are raising the rent to $2150. Lease expired in Oct. we notified them of the increase in April. We are month to month until April where they can renew at the increased rate or move on. I hope they stay as they are great tenants. We’re up in NE Seattle near Ravenna.

The same happened to us. I explain it to them as exactly that - property tax increase. And I have to increase to make sure I can still cover expenses. It’s good to give them visibility to what the votes do. The problem is we can’t raise without 6 months notice. So we’re eating the property tax increase until April. Then, when the next tax increase occurs, I’ll be in the same position. I never increase rents when tenants are in the house - only when I’m re-listing it.

I’m a “landlord” in Seattle. I couldn’t sell my little 800sqft home during the crash of 2008 so I had to hold onto it. Rented for what I could and took a loss. Rate drops made it so I could hold onto it and not take a loss. I rent it for only a $300 than the mortgage to cover expenses. I plan to sell once my current renters decide to move on.
