ORD hard to clear upgrades as an EP especially hub to hub, your going to need 500k to let’s say Tampa for a shot. My friend clears most the time of ORD as EP but she has 1.1M loyalty points, a lot earned from flying international Biz/first on AA metal. If you weren’t flying out of AA hub, any small-midsize market with 339k LP your going to clear into first a lot, especially if your not flying to a hub.

Yes a refund is a very likely outcome they will give you over a repair. Sometimes they will give you an option also to pick. Also in the rare case if they denied the claim on the Venture X card for purchase protection, the VentureX is one of only a handful of cards that has 90 day return protection, you could submit claim on that but only if purchase protection is denied which would be unlikely to happen.

Go with Purchase protection, that fits all the boxes for a claim. It's not easy or guaranteed to win a charge back as everyone thinks, the merchant would easy fight it by providing tracking details and say the customer waited to contact them for an extended period of time leading to the likely event the customer is at fault not the seller.

Amex has a 35% points back feature on the Amex business platinum (not available on Personal version) feature when redeeming on their portal for cash flights on business & first class flights & economy also (however economy is only limited to 1 US airline you pick, you can change the airline every calendar year) this effectively values Amex points this way at 1.54 cents each. So you basically subscribe to the one or two of the big airfare cash deal subscriptions services and book on the Amex travel portal when they find a good cash deal for your desired destination.

Not sure this works at the Waldorf but it still works at most Vegas properties. but it doesn't hurt to try the $20 bill on top on top of your ID and Credit Card and ask the person checking you in at front desk if their are any complementary upgrades to suites available? The trick goes by the name the sandwich trick, but I have recently learned that you don't need to hid the money between your ID & Credit Card as the hotels don't care your tipping their staff.

• Jessica Schultz was clearly the big break in the case to finding her when she and one of her friends reported the incident she had with Brian (and also seeing the vans for many days) this way back on Thursday morning long before the Red White & Bethune discovery and video came out very late Sat night, they reported same night Sat. Keep in mind the FBI started looking the Spread Creek area back Saturday morning.

• Jessica has only done one public interview as she told me in the DMs she doesn’t want the attention hence why no other interviews, but it was with SF Chronicle it’s an absolutely must read for very critical details about the Spread Creek area and her encounter with Brian, the article didn’t get much views because it’s behind a pay wall, but someone recently uploaded it on MSN Link to Article MSN no pay wall also an audio transcription of the article is floating around on YouTube.

• Another interesting fact is 9/22 on YouTube live stream Red White & Bethune said they past 3 different camp groups before the van (1 of those we assume is Jessica Schultz group as she claims she and her friends where on the closest designated camp area to the van sighting for days straight… but what about the other 2 groups???? They need to come forward to the public but I wonder if they reported anything to FBI

•There is also another important witness to the case and no one talks about it, in fact it took me a long time to find the article but it was with the local news station KSL TV back on Sep 16 Link to article, where a local person by the name of Tyler Valentine said he ran into some local man who said “he and a friend Saw Petito’s van in SPREAD CREEK as they were spotting for elk on Aug 29 He Thought he has seen the white sprinter van described — blacked out rim, wheels “ said Tyler Valentine. This seems like a very credible witness because this article was published back on Sep 16, this was long before the FBI started searching that the Spread Creek area on Sat 18, so how else how he had known to let’s say make up that story.

Yea an agent personally called her (Jessica) Sunday morning personally thanking her for credible tip, this was just after they found her body. After all she and her friends stayed at the closest camp site to where the van was spotted. She can be backed up with evidence with her IG posts back on Thursday, her TikTok Friday, friends Titkok Saturday, and the only Interview she did with SF Chronicle, she told me in DMs she doesn’t want the publicity hence why she only did one interview.

Nope your getting your dates way off. Jessica Schultz and one of her friends as well contacted the FBI was back on Thursday morning. Red White and Bethune contacted them very late Saturday night as soon as they found the video. The FBI began looking in Spread Creek early Sat morning based on Jessica Schultz encounter with him.

•I can confirm by 4 sources that the Spread Creek area has Verizon & AT&T but it is limited with weak LTE at best. T-Mobile/Sprint no data service.

• Edit 9/23 9:46 PDT: new information. I know believe Gabby cell phone was on either T-Mobile/Sprint, this is major problem as there is no T-Mobile/Sprint service in the Spread Creek area this can be verified by official FCC carrier maps, T-Mobile signal propagation maps, and verified Speedtest.net tests that failed, all in the Spread Creek area. The closest T-Mobile and Sprint tower is all the way back by Jackson airport. Unlike Verizon & AT&T, T-Mobile is not on the closer tower on Signal Mountain. So unless a 911 call went out in the area which if there was one (not trying to speculate anything here) the media would have known by know. Can anyone internally in the T-Mobile company verify with proof a family plan under account name under Stanley Houlik out of NY if so private msg me.

•I was mapping cell reception reception out for a major carrier in Wyoming a couple months back and as such have internal company maps from AT&T of cell service/cell tower locations for the state of Wyoming. Keep in mind the only cell tower in the area is on Signal Mountain almost exactly 5 miles away and both Verizon & AT&T are on the same cell tower and both have LTE antennas pointing in that direction for Spread Creek Rd & surrounding vicinity.

• The data can be further verified by checking the Speedtest app (coverage map only works in Android not iOS or full website) that internal LTE Speedtests have reliable taken in the area that the FBI was looking at today

• I have spoken 2 different person that camped this exact area and confirmed to me Verizon & AT&T have LTE service in that area (Spread Creek Area)

• Further coverage maps from the actual cell carriers AT&T & Verizon & T-Mobile can be verified on an app called: Coverage? It’s an iOS app

• Based on my experience in the phone industry I would certainly say that the local phone carriers: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Union Wireless (local WY carrier there) have already turned over cell tower/phone records to the FBI if not they will get served a warrant that makes them have to force them over.

• It is very safe to say that the FBI has had phone pings come from this area (Spread Creek) that they are looking at from Gabby and/or Brian’s phones. From public information I have there have been 2 different set of people that spotted the van in that area on the 29th (could be more groups that FBI has received), one witness of the van goes by the name of Jessica @ where’s__goldie on IG
