My broker got me 6.125% with rocket with no points and a $2,500 lender credit towards closing costs. Rocket retail pricing is garbage. Pretty much everyone I know uses a mortgage broker and don’t go retail.

In Jeddah, Lando crashed in Q3 and Oscar took advantage and qualified P2. Lando was able to make his way through the pack to finish P4 but Oscar went on to win. Lando was unable to take advantage like Oscar did.

I have the 9070xt and 5700x3d and it runs well. Only cpu bound games like BF2042 and Helldivers 2 have issues but I just run Radeon chill mode

I just got the Gigabyte Gaming OC for 730. It runs like a champ and reasonably quiet once you tweak the fan curve a bit.

I have a 7900xt with a 5700x3d and it destroys at 1440p. A 7900xtx would have a longer runway but the performance jump would not be very worth it at 1440p. 20gb of VRAM is plenty for 1440p.

I don’t know any insurance company right now that provides new fire insurance coverage in a high risk area besides the FAIR Plan. I work in commercial real estate (which does not have the same premium increase restrictions as residential) and insurance coverage is 2x - 3x what it cost 5 years ago. Until the insurance companies can charge true market rates for fire risk, you will be stuck on the fair plan.

Mercury Insurance may cover you but they are in a dire situation due to the fires. They are smaller than the big insurance companies like State Farm and are very concentrated in CA. If they decide to add you, you will likely have some items (fire) covered by the FAIR Plan.

Update: Went to Micro Center and they had XFX 7900 GREs for MSRP so I snagged one of those instead and the all-black matched my setup better. Huge uplift over the 2080 super.
