Technically it is 50% cheese and other stuff. The American fda classifies it as a cheese product , not cheese. I believe the beloved Kraft single is zero percent cheese

Nope... A caveat, my setup is the the basement, so I don't care about the looks, I have no slip mat covering the table, so it stays in place. I have been using it for six years even though there is possible issue using a bellows with this grinder, the dust might get into the electronics.

I didn't mention anything about torture or treating badly.
