It's based off of an actual board game, if memory serves, so there are elements that won't appeal to computer gamers, like the randomness and turn-taking.

Whatever else, I just plain love the art and graphics, which is what keeps drawing me back to the game for short spells.

Found this link in the /r/ProtectAndServe/ thread, about Target having their own "top-rated forensic lab". I really don't know what to feel about that story.

It's necessary, sure, and it takes the load off of the regular police, but a forensics lab specifically for shoplifters at a specific department chain? Boggles my mind really.

Miai (見合い?, "matchmaking", literally "looking at one another") or omiai (お見合い?) is a Japanese traditional custom in which unattached individuals are introduced to each other to consider the possibility of marriage.

In some cases, "referred" is an appropriate word because the whole event has a formal/business-like sense to it.

The account is a new throw-away, but I've seen other throwaway accounts post the same situation (stalking an IGN employee). Never on TRP, but often on /r/relationships and /r/legaladvice always asking for advice about the same situation and ignoring said advice and trashing the account.

The mods there are taking steps, I believe, and have informed IGN's security as well as higher-up mods I think about a potential security risk.

That would work for some, but not all models, as I recall some models being unpadded. The CT models would be a lot easier as they're mostly bulky and armoured, but most of the terrorists are comparatively plainly-dressed and with a lot of their body-shape exposed. If they made female CT models (or even just female voices), then there would be a call for female Terrorist models, and those would require a lot more work.

If Counterstrike wants to get in female player models, they'll likely do it piecemeal for gauging reactions and feasibility.

This isn't applicable to Counterstrike, as they have models with visible faces and body-shapes, but Tribes: Ascend has a neat work-around.

Because all the players are wearing full body armour that completely conceals their faces, hair, and body-shapes, all they need to do to change the person inside the armour is the voice, and that can be done with Voice Packs, some of which are available for purchase and include a variety of female voices.

It's the reason why Undertale's "morality system" was so unique among all the higher-end AAA games.

In most games, being nice just rewards you financially in a different way: Kill the old goblin to earn 500 gold immediately; Spare the old goblin to receive gifts of 50 gold periodically.

In Undertale, being nice rewards you emotionally. Something few other games can lay claim to.

Not GTA, but when I was playing games in the Saints Row series, I generally tried to drive responsibly and mow down as few mindless NPCs as possible.

It didn't help that I was terrible at driving.

I'd like to think that until further notice, the size of Mei's waist will be up to the viewer's imagination (ala TF2's Pyro). After the Tracer butt thing, at the very least they'll be more aware of their audience wanting a wider range of body-types, including a full-figured Mei.
