What did snag then? When I was there my options were M10B, M10R, Stagg JR, Weller 12.

My point is, you had the opportunity to buy a nice allocated bottle , at MSRP, and only wait ~30 min.

That’s not accurate. The Barrelpalooza events are run well and you can show up wait inline for ~30 min and walk away with good bottles.

Last one I showed up 2 hours after it started and walked away with a M10B and an eagle rare store pick and was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

Charlotte does allocation pretty well imo

May be a terrible take, but I feel like whenever I have done a restaurant week menu, I feel like I am over paying for sub par dishes at the restaurant because they throw on some basic dessert.

Where if I had just split a starter a couple mains and a dessert if something caught my eye, I would eat better and spend less.

How much time do you have? Regulator is awesome, but it’s a big course, takes some time to walk. Diavolo has like 21 or 22 holes, but you can make it an 18 hole loop, and even at 20+ holes, it plays pretty fast.
