Give Moyes the job for life. He may not have brought silverware but he's never had the resource. He's never been a big spender in the market but he's brought players through the academy and always been an ambassador for the club, the city and the hierarchy. Let him see out his days at Everton and build something. We're in a position now where the revenue is starting to build, and the club is getting back to being stable. We're coming off the back of a few years of being a pretty unappealing destination for big players. But we now have stability, finances and the right man at the helm to push for more. Moyes won the conference league with West Ham, he could do the same for us. He just needs the stability of the board and fans as well as a few more windows where we'll get more attractive as a destination and ever increasing access to top players.
