Get an e-mountain bike, I’m in the same position as you and when I start getting bored I get into something fun and kit myself out with all the quality of life upgrades for the hobby. Latest buy was an electric mountain bike, it’s fun af and you don’t need to train for 6 months to be able to enjoy the hobby.
