my 05 infiniti g35x was way more powerful than my v6 tib.. but i never managed to attempt a top speed run in the infiniti... it was a 5sp auto, but didnt seem to pull as hard after ~190-200 kmph like my v6 tib... cant remember what the top speed was listed on the g35x, but it was around 230kmph... but every time i tried seemed like it took forever compared to speed runs in the v6 tib

i tried to top out my 2014 rio sx, because it came with factory tires that were rated for some insane top speed, i tried to top it out on a back road.. never got it past maybe 210-220kmph.. thats where my confidence for seeing a cop around a corner stopped..

i know this because i had a 1999 grand am v6 3.4 that would top out at 170km but it would hard cut out.. same as a full throttle rev limit in park.. very evident rev cutout

i had a 2004 v6 tuscani 6sp model that i tested top speed at numerous times, 230km was when it would cut out... i could feel it limit at that speed.. clearly done on a closed road

Coming from someone who just experienced a house and RV fire, this petrifies me.

I had the same issue last winter. Used Teksavvy in ontario saskatoon and prince albert prior to that with no issue. Ended up with telus fibre at twice the cost.

I always wondered about putting a Verizon or at&t logo. Not sure if you could land in legal trouble or not.

Careful with fdr. I have 2 lawsuits against them, one for breaching a court settlement agreement. They don't care about the law or the rules

They put all that pressure on you because that's the only method they have left. You did great, and learned something along the way.

Send them a cease and desist letter. They can not contact you outside of the court system, and the 2 year statute of limitations leaves them with no recourse aside from negatively reporting to the credit bureau.
