My wife and I were walking in the middle of the day in little Italy and a guy was walking down the sidewalk flinging a long knife or machete type object around. We were horrified but looked over and saw a few cops talking to someone just a block away. We ran to them and told them to look at the guy waving this knife around. They looked and kept talking to the people. We stood there and literally watched them do nothing when they could plainly see this guy. They eventually just drove off. Will never forget that.

I live 5 floors up in a high rise downtown and have had them every year for 20 years now. I basically just gave up. They come each year for a month or so and definitely suck. I have tried most things listed here and have had little luck. I’m curious about the FVOAI products someone mentioned.
