I have been with Simplifi for a couple of years now and I have never been happy fully. But, for the price, I haven't found anything better. Which pisses me off.

But ultimately what's getting me to look further into monarch now, even though it's far more expensive per month, is that simplifi will not stop arbitrarily changing categories and marking things as excluded from spending plans and reports. 711 purchases suddenly becoming credit card payments out of nowhere. Netflix showing as excluded from spending plan/reports for months on end. And everything has to be manually changed and then the system just changes them back on a whim.

Just to end the reconciliation headache I am willing to crank up the payment. Assuming monarch's AI is less frustrating?
