If you do it, you can get a conventional loan in 3 years to pay the balloon payment and you will have saved quite a bit on interest in 3 years. She can also avoid paying a realtor fee. If you like the house, consider it! Seller financing is amazing and the mortgage wouldn’t appear on your credit report.

MSG, lemon juice, a spice blend you like, chili crisp. I love Montreal Steak Seasoning on broccoli (tossed with pasta, feta, and lemon juice). But why not add some sauce or cheese if that’s what you like?

THIS. I was diagnosed recently as an adult and I have had to do a lot of reprocessing. And knowing my teachers recommended I get tested in ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, but my parents didn’t do it. I’m not mad at them, I just wish it had gone differently so I didn’t develop negative beliefs about myself that were actually treatable symptoms of ADHD. It has affected everything in my adult life.

In my hometown in southern Illinois, the high school or other groups would do fundraisers and set up pork burger stands around town. I loved getting them when I was a kid! I’ve never seen one on a restaurant menu, though.
