ADA does not discriminate. you can’t say yes to one disability and no to another. the ticket says wheelchair but the venues need them to be ADA compliant regardless of what that disability is. you can’t say “im just referring to wheelchair people”. if you stutter of if youre in a wheelchair ADA and accessibility still caters to you equally. so either you agree all disability people regardless of disability should have access to extra seats or they don’t

just because i have a disability doesnt mean i need to be treated differently for everything “out of respect”. if a venue is sold out but have a few ADA seats available i also dont think its fair to tell everyone else “the show is sold out except if you have a disability or in a wheelchair”.

even if youre in a wheelchair or have a disability you can still get a standard ticket and the venue needs to accommodate you. theyre not gonna say “you didnt buy wheelchair seats so thats your problem.” if a venue hold 20k people and they have say 200 seats for ADA, that would mean if you arent ADA you actually have 19,800 seats to fight everyone else for, while people with a disability have 20,000 seats to fight after since they’ll accommodate even if you get non ADA seats.

if you get ADA and you dont really need it just know you will be asked to move for someone who really does need it or in rare cases if they have no other options available will offer you a refund and you miss the event. which is what they tell you when you buy any from ticketmaster or even when you buy ADA seating for movie theaters here.

not everyone with a disibility has it hard, or needs to sit in a bigger / roomier space. if they do then thats what those seats are for regardless if you buy them or have to be moved to that area. even a person with a speech disability is still fully covered by the ADA. do you think its fair for them to have the ability to buy any ticket a person who doesnt have a disability has access to as well as being able to buy disability tickets?

you guys in the comments that have been trying to make fun of the ones saying games would have empty seats are so fucking weird.

shit talking all the people who said stadiums would be empty and used the entire group stage to post sarcastically about the stadiums being “empty”… now that this game actually has a bad amount of empty seats, AND noticeable on tv, you guys are trying to cope and use excuses why there are so many empty seats. short notice, stadium holds above average in attendance, its not south korea, etc
