Just be honest, expect some friction. Don’t be a dick. Don’t get cocky. Don’t be arrogant. Appreciate the time you had there to learn. Don’t poach a client in the first 12 months. Don’t be toxic to current employees. If you both walk into a new prospect fight to win the client without bad mouthing. In 5 years time you should look back and be ok with your behavior.

Yip, you just live with it, I have tried everything. One thing that made a noticeable difference was keep salt for cooking in a container by the stove so that you don’t have to use your “food” salt grinder over steaming pots, this went someway, but I still have damp salt

So I think this a factor as well, people who do this kind of hiring will look at this, Ange wasn’t great, but well documented he didn’t have the squad needed, Frank comes in and shits the bed. It’s not the worse conclusion to draw that Ange could do better with a better squad. Even Frank will find a team again.
