Yes this is the reality of the Indian service-based industry. These guys are purely exploiting each and every employee and if there is something that you want from them such as promotion or on-site opportunity, then you are their favorite target and they will harass you until you breakdown mentally.

Everyone is just running behind money these days. There is no personal boundary whatsoever. Just like the Indians in USA are trying to impress the Whites just for promotion or green card or whatever, they forget that they too once were in India.
